Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes and dry well on kitchen paper.The use of pink salt is subjective, this will depend on whether you are using coconut aminos/organic soy(a) if it has sodium or my Homemade All Purpose Seasoning Add in all of the sauces, then add in the stir fry vegetables and a generous pinch of salt.In a small bowl mix the 2 teaspoons of cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water. In a bowl whisk together the vegetable broth, honey and soy sauce. I highly recommend using SMOKED TOFU for this recipe, it is a million times more flavoursome and really enhances the recipe.
